| About Us
Muslims in Richmond Hill felt a need of an establishment that is capable of responding to Islamic religious and cultural needs. After 20 years of communal efforts Islamic Society of Richmond Hill Musallah was establish in November 2000 within a basement rental at 4B Levendale Road.
In 2009 Islamic Society of Richmond Hill was formally registered as non-profit Charity organization.
Due to safty concerns of limited space and over capacity the Islamic society of Richmond Hill started to establish the Jummah salah at a sports complex in 2011, all other services were still being offered from the Musallah.
Alhumdulillah through the the mercy of Allah a bigger location was leased in Februray 2012 to cater to the much demanded needs of the Muslim community. |
