On popular demand, Carly’s Fitness Classes for sisters are back at UIA!
A lot of sisters were able to achieve their health goals with the previous sessions and Allah swt willing more will benefit from this amazing resource in our community.
Come and train with, Health and Fitness Advocate, Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer Carly.
Carly knows exactly what it is like to be stuck in a rut when it comes getting and staying fit, as busy, selfless moms often are.
Group fitness training will include a warm up with stretches, a WOD (work out of the day) and a relaxing cool down. Through out the session, Carly will focus on both cardio vascular and muscular endurance, working the core, large and small muscles groups. Carly trains in timed sets that will be similar, if not the same, as circuit training.
There will be modifications for all exercises i.e., reduce impact and/or ROM (range of motion) for those with limitations, as there will also be progressions for those who need more of a push.
Just as importantly, take advantage of Carly’s 16 year+ Nutritional background and learn tips and tricks to getting your diet on track to achieve the number 1 goal of all women… healthy weightless.

**Bring yoga mat/exercise mat and 3-5lbs dumbells are recommended but not mandatory.
