NEW MUSLIM SISTERS HALAQA

LIGHT OF MERCY Sisters Halaqa is for beginners in Islam and newly practicing Muslim Sisters. How to pronounce Arabic terminology, how to make wudu, how to pray, and other basic topics pertinent to sisters will be covered.

This gathering is organized into a short recorded lecture, related Qur'an and/or hadith and discussion, assistance with the basics, and Sisters support. Although the class is organized, we encourage discussion in an environment free from pressures and expectations. No previous Islamic education is required.
