Women's Glovesport is a ladies only fitness program where the focus is toning and weight loss through Cardio Punching. Cardio Punching is a FUN system of aerobic punching routines and self defense techniques derived from boxing. Ladies can achieve their fitness goals by completing 6 Glove levels..
Women's Glovesport fitness classes will be lead by instructor Tina (Maryam). Tina started her career in fitness in 1993 as a step aerobics instructor at the YMCA where she lead classes for nearly 3 years. Her passion for physical excellence lead her to Goodlife Fitness where she participated in 'Body Pump' for 7 years. She later joined 'Body Combat' at Goodlife Fitness and remained in it for 2 years learning boxing and other martial arts techniques in aerobic form. Tina is trained and certified by Glovesport 2011-2012
